Your web hosting and email service will be automatically migrating to our host partner NDCHost on September 1, 2023. You will be billed by NDCHost for your web hosting services after this date. If you mail your payment, you will need to send your payment to NDCHost.
After 15 years of providing website design and hosting services I have come to a place where I am not able to provide the same level of personal service that I feel is required as your web host provider. I cannot thank you enough for entrusting me and my small company to be your web host.

What happens next?

I have come to an agreement with NDCHOST to take over as your service provider. NDCHost has been one of our service partners for over 10 years and I believe they are the best equipped to continue to provide the type of reliable service and accessible customer support that you deserve.
Look for a welcome email from NDCHOST at the end of your next billing period. Check your spam folder or whitelist the email "billing@ndchost.com" to be sure you do not miss this email. This email will have instructions on how to update your payment preferences.
You will be required to re-enter your credit card information before your next payment is due. If you are currently using a credit card to pay RedRiverHost, then your current credit card information is encrypted and cannot be transferred and you will need to provide NDCH with your payment information in order to continue service.

Will my website or email go down?

There is no planned service interruption. Your website and email will continue just as before. However at the end of the billing period you will receive an invoice from NDCHOST. It's important to be on the lookout for this email and update your payment information in order to prevent any service interruption.

Will there be any changes on the cost of service?

NDCHost will continue to honor your current service rate for some time. However, if you are using a credit card with automatic payment you will be required to re-enter your credit card information before your next payment is due. Follow the instructions on your upcoming invoice to provide your credit card information. Your current credit card information is encrypted and cannot be transferred and you will need to provide NDCH with your payment information in order to continue service.
